Hike rules

Any adult, who accepts this statement, may participate hikes:

The hiking group is an informal meeting of like-minded people, one of whom acts as a guide or leader with the principle function of route selection and navigation. Participants must come suitably dressed and equipped for long distant hikes through thick forest. Hikers are responsible for their own safety and must assume risks and liability for all outings. From common humanity the group would never turn its back on an individual experiencing difficulties, however the leader shall not be liable for any injuries, loss or damage to persons or property, direct or consequential, arising out of any trips or other joint activities.
